i loved the room. it was a nice size with a lovely balcony. the hotel is near the gothic quarter, a bonus for me. i found many restaurants and bars close to the hotel, which i found super convenient after a long day of sightseeing.
the pillows were too firm, a small detail but it did affect my sleep quality. maybe i should have asked for softer pillows, but i didn't want to bother the staff, and this is something they could easily improve.

the hotel is at intersections of busy streets, yet manages to be quiet (surprisingly). it is close to both the marina and the gothic quarter. this provides a good balance of tranquility and easy access to attractions.

the wifi worked well, essential for planning my daily adventures. the hotel offers luggage storage, a very convenient service after check-out. i found this feature to be particularly useful for a carefree last day.

i found the hotel's location quite convenient near the gothic quarter. a metro station was also a short walk away. the room was a good size and it was clean.
the bed in my room felt quite stiff. i also noticed loud noises from the hallway during the night. the bathroom light was overhead and it made it difficult to see in the mirror.

the room was super clean. it had great amenities. i even got a veranda, a total surprise (score!). i loved that little spot to chill and take in the view. la rambla was only about a 20-minute walk away, and the gothic quarter was even closer, maybe 15 minutes. the staff were super nice too.

The location was quite convenient, close to the beach and gothic quarter. The bus stop was right outside the door (quite literally).
The room I was initially given was quite small, reminded me of a closet (I think it was a storage room, actually). It had barely any natural light, and the bathroom lacked ventilation. The hairdryer was practically useless. It just blew air, not hot air. It was REALLY useless.

Really good location and pleasant experience

The location is superb, near many attractions. I walked easily to the beach, the gothic quarter, and the port area. The bus stop right outside the hotel made getting around quite convenient. The metro station is also a quick two minute walk away. This made exploring simple.
The air conditioning made a strange noise sometimes. I mentioned it to the front desk, but it wasn't fixed . This didn't ruin my experience though. It was a very minor inconvenience.

The hotel provides a breakfast buffet with varied selections. The rooms have good showers that offer reliable water pressure. There is effective daily cleaning service and towel changes are available. Rooms are also of a decent size.

The staff is very helpful in arranging taxis. Front desk personnel are attentive. I found them always ready to assist with any inquiries. They quickly addressed my questions when i needed assistance.
